WI Deafblind Tech Assistance Project


The Wisconsin Deafblind Technical Assistance Project (WDBTAP) is Wisconsin's federally funded grant program. WESP-DHH Outreach has been awareded this grant, and administers WDBTAP.
The goals of the project are to:

  • Enhance the capacity of Service Providers to accurately identify children who are Deaf-Blind.
  • Enhance capacity of Service Providers to support, instruct, and transition children who are Deaf-Blind.
  • Support families and/or caregivers of children who are Deaf-Blind.
  • Implement a system of state and regional supports and policy enhancements.
